Plasma Pen

The Planoplas® is an FDA Class II cleared plasma energy device for skin rejuvenation.

Plasma is an ionized gas that is formed by the removal of electrons from the electron shell of an atom, leaving the atom as a positively charged ion. The applicator or the needle tip is applied to the skin 1 mm to 2 mm with the release button pressed. This produces a heated ionized arc between the tip of the needle and the skin, which acts on the uppermost layers of the skin. A small dot appears at the treatment site. There the skin contracts visibly by sublimation (evaporation) and causes for example a skin tightening, which is immediately visible and intensifies even weeks afterwards

Platelet-rich Plasma Treatment

PRP therapy is used to describe any application of PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, to benefit the body. In the context of anti-aging, platelet-rich plasma is either injected into your skin at specific depths according to your aesthetic needs or the plasma is spread on top of your face during treatment. Eventually, the PRP is absorbed by your skin. Benefits to the skin from PRP therapy include increased collagen production, decreased fine lines and wrinkles, improved tone and texture, and increased moisture retention.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels involve the application of a chemical solution to sun-damaged, unevenly pigmented, and finely wrinkled areas of the face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and legs. Wrinkles caused by sun damage, aging, and hereditary factors can be reduced or even eliminated with this procedure. The procedure is meant to diminish imperfections by peeling away the skin’s top layers. The chemical peel causes the skin to separate and peel off. This allows new skin to regenerate revealing smoother skin with more even color. Chemical peels vary according to their specific ingredients and their strength.

Vein Treatments

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that treats varicose veins and spider veins. Sclerotherapy involves injecting chemicals, known as sclerosing agents, into damaged veins. In addition to diminishing the appearance of varicose or spider veins, sclerotherapy can also reduce pain or side effects caused by damaged veins.
